Annual Open Enrollment submission period: October
Submitted changes effective: January 1;
processing completed: December. 
Once processed, any applicable cards expected by mail.
Obtain PPO Dental (Group: 00543892) cards: www.guardiananytime.com

  • Medical PPO/EPO: New Third Party Administrator 1/1/26: Anthem Blue Cross
    • Network remains: Anthem Prudent Buyer PPO
    • Expect new cards by mail; present to medical providers and pharmacy. 
    • Member ID cards not initially sent for dependent children; available digitally or by mail: Sydney App. 
  • Those who submitted enrollment for a 2026 Flexible Spending Account expect an email from Igoe Administrative Services in December; unexpired cards will be reloaded.

Retiring?

Please join the GGUSD Insurance Department for a 2026 *Early Retiree Benefit Workshop!

*Ages 55-65 with 10 or more consecutive years of service

Those who have submitted Intent to Retire to the District will be provided individualized retirement paperwork at the workshop.

Spouses / Domestic Partners are welcome. (No registration needed.)     

Please plan to attend one of the following meetings:
